The Design “Doctor” Does House Calls — and Parties

There’s always something new at Rhythm in Rye Too, the designer consignment shop on Purchase Street. One week your eye is caught by a rack of stunning fur coats, the next funky and fresh accessories, a week later and you can’t help but head toward a collection of classic clutches by Chanel and Gucci.

Renee Drummond sporting lots of fringe and a few of the designer handbags that have just arrived at Rhythm in Rye Too.This month, owner Renee Drummond, who’s as stylish as she is energetic, announced she now does house calls. Not only will she pick up anything designer — men’s, women’s, children’s, and vintage clothing and accessories — she’ll also organize a home consignment party. The host receives 10% of the proceeds.

“Be the first to sign up for a consignment party and receive a free makeover in one of your favorite rooms, using everything you already have in your home,” offers Ms. Drummond.
