Manhattanville Opens Westchester's
First 24/7 Student Center

Manhattanville College in Purchase opened a new state-of-the-art student center April 11. The center houses a theater, student lounge, dance studio and cardio gym, a student-run radio station and an art gallery. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the student hub also boasts a video-editing lab, PC and Mac rooms and an advanced projection system.
The building, featuring two-story glass windows, received the Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Buildings Council for its environmentally conscious aspect.
