Lunar Landing for ISpaceWalkSometimes

After performing before a packed house, the popular band ISpaceWalkSometimes walked away with 20 hours of recording time from the Wicked Music Festival, a two-day event at The Studio at Webster Hall in New York City the first weekend of December. The band, spearheaded by John Benoit and Chris Drago, both Rye High School juniors, competed against approximately 50 groups to win “Best Band,” and a choice of prizes – either $800 or 15 hours of recording time at the Mercy Sound Recording Studio in New York City. The band chose the recording time, and because they also sold over 100 tickets to the event, they earned another five hours in the studio.
