Negotiating With the Best of Them

Eleven agents from Realty 3 Real Estate Joan Bomann, Donald Bomann, Mimi Burke, Nancy Everett, Audrey Kent, John Kruger, Frank Lagemann, Virginia Leone, Ruth Postorino, Ann Treacy and Monika Vulinovic, as part of the Westchester Real Estate, Inc. group, have earned the title Certified Skilled Negotiator. These agents are currently the only ones in the Rye area to earn this certification.

In earning their certification, agents attended an intensive training program, then were tested to show an in-depth knowledge of negotiating techniques, and were required to demonstrate their skills. Westchester Real Estate, Inc.'s executive director, Gail Fattizzi, stated, “These days, with tons of information available on the internet, consumers rely on their realtors for their market knowledge, experience and negotiating skills. These agents now have a certified skill that brings real value to buyers and sellers in any real estate transaction.”
