Adults 55 and older are invited to take advantage of Senior Health & Fitness Day at the Rye YMCA, June 13.

Register by leaving your name and telephone number at 967-6363, ext. 206, or at the Y the day of the event, between 9 and 9:30 a.m. Stretching, exercise classes and water exercises are on the program. A healthy lunch will be served at noon. The event is free.

The Rye YMCA will take the whole family out to the ball game, a Bridgeport Bluefish game, Saturday, June 23. The bus departs from the Y parking lot at 3 p.m. Game starts at 6:05 p.m. Family Night includes dinner, refreshments, round-trip transportation and a fireworks show.

The cost is $25 for Rye YMCA members 8 and older, children under 7 are $18. Reservations are required. Sign up at the Member Services Desk. Call Kelly Kressler at 967-6363, ext. 115.
