A Warm Welcome at Milton Fire House
A Warm Welcome at Milton Fire House
The City of Rye Fire Department hosted the Rye Newcomers and Neighbors' Club Sunday, April 27, for a tour of the Milton Point Fire House. Members of the department showed the group the equipment, trucks and inner workings of the station. Children took part in egg and spoon races wearing firefighter gear, and all were treated to a visit by Sparky the dog.
The community is invited to an open house of the newly renovated Locust Avenue Fire Headquarters Saturday, May 17, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. |
