Pick up a copy of the April issue of This Old House and you’ll likely recognize the home on the cover. The inviting entry belongs to the Oakland Beach Avenue home owned by Chris Cohan and Rita Wong. Chris, a landscape architect, has also written one of the big inside stories, “Small Yard, Big Impact.”

Dhruv Narain has been appointed to the Open Door Family Medical Centers' Foundation Board. He is co-head of restructuring in the Americas Financing Group at Goldman Sachs in New York City, where he focuses on restructuring financing and advisory financing. Before joining Goldman Sachs in 2004 as a managing director, he was co-head of the Restructuring Group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette/Credit Suisse First Boston.

Mr. Narain earned a B.A. in economics and mathematics from Panjab University in India in 1989 and an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester in 1992.

Open Door Family Medical Centers serves a vast multi-cultural community and has provided top quality medical and dental care and social services to the Westchester community, particularly the economically disadvantaged, for over 30 years.  The organization has four centers in Westchester located in Ossining, Port Chester, Mt. Kisco and Sleepy Hollow and operates School Based Health Centers at The Edison Elementary School and the Kennedy Magnet School, both in Port Chester.
