AARP Safe Drivers Courses
On Saturday, April 11, the first half of a two-part driving course will meet from 9 a.m.–1 p.m. in the hospital’s Cafeteria Conference Room. The session is designed to teach participants current rules of the road, how to safely operate a vehicle in today’s challenging driving environment, and ways to adjust to common age-related changes in vision, hearing, and reaction time. Part II will meet at the same time and location on Saturday, April 18.

Free Pregnancy Primer Fair
Hospital medical and nursing staff will be on hand from 9 a.m.–noon in the hospital’s Noble Conference Center Saturday, April 18, to address the questions, joys and concerns of prospective and expecting parents. Topics include choosing a doctor, infertility options, pre-pregnancy health, breastfeeding, and home and car safety preparation. CPR, Heimlich Maneuver Training
On Thursday, April 23, a CPR and Heimlich maneuver training course will be held from 6-8 p.m. in the Conference Room at 55 Holly Hill Lane, Greenwich. The course is designed for lay rescuers only, and will cover the skills necessary for one-person CPR on adults, as well as the Heimlich maneuver for choking victims.
