RHS Icemen Garner Section 1 Honors

Five members of Rye High School’s varsity hockey team were recognized for their outstanding achievements at the Section 1 Awards Dinner held March 25 at Lake Isle Country Club. Pictured with their head coach, Jason Friesen, and assistant coaches, Peter Thomas and Thomas Bailey, are the award recipients: Matt Benincasa was named All League, while Taka Katsuta, Paul Mundinger, Kris Talgo and Paul Sganga (not pictured) were tabbed All League Honorable Mention.
