Sotheby’s Welcomes Two New Associates

Mary Ellen Byrne and Lisa Hogan have joined the Rye office of Sotheby’s International Realty as sales associates

Mary Ellen Byrne is a licensed associate broker with over 10 years of real estate experience in the Sound Shore area.  Before joining Sotheby’s, she was an associate at John T. Henningsen, Inc. in Rye. As a former marketing director for Avon Products, she brings a strong background in marketing to the residential real estate process. She discovered her love of architecture as a student at Manhattanville College, where she earned a B. A. in art history. A 26-year resident, she and her husband, Bob Byrne, have three children, all of whom attended Rye schools.

 

 

Lisa Hogan joins the firm with more than three years experience in the real estate business. Previously, she was a sales professional at Stetson Real Estate in Mamaroneck. Before entering real estate, Lisa was the president and founder of a political fund-raising and corporate events firm in Washington, DC.  She and her husband, Paul Luthringer, have lived in Rye for over nine years and have three young children.
