Rye Neck Seniors Met the Challenge

Seniors at Rye Neck participated in the U.S. Department of the Treasury's fall 2008 National Financial Literacy Challenge, an initiative recommended by the President's Advisory Council on Financial Literacy. From November 3 to December 12, the challenge was taken by more than 75,000 high school students throughout the country and in Department of Defense schools around the world. Students from Rye Neck who participated in the Challenge scored in the top 25th percentile of the nation's scores.

Jake Joe scored in the top one percentile, qualifying him for the National Financial Literacy Award.
